Best hotel I've stayed at. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The food and drinks were on point here. Thr bar and room views were amazing. My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday here and was super happy. Will definitely be coming back
Very well maintained, staff are very clean and polite. Private lounge is compact and away from foot traffic along with a city view. The massage session was relaxing and techniques are very relaxing.
Very Elegant! Staff was great we were there for a Family Wedding (night of Sat 15th) our Waiter Rodrigo was Great we never had an empty cup from Water to Mix drinks & Coffee's he never abandoned us! Wife & I stayed for the night and seems like all Staff is trained to be the best at Customer Service! I really enjoyed the environment felt like Home away from Home! 5 all the Way!!!! Looking Fwd to be back here!!!!
Great location, the rooms are spacious and it currently follows great covid guidelines. I would of given the hotel another start, but had a not so pleasant experience at the time of check in. The front desk staff wanted to give me a smoking room when I specifically requested a non smoking room at the time of reservation. Had to threaten to cancel my reservation in order for them to give me a room that was available all along and I reserved. Watch for this!

I was gladly surprised when visiting the hotel as it is better than expected. Even if the elevator is old, the rooms are very well organized and have great quality appliances. It has great beautiful spaces and very attentive staff, it was a delightful stay.
I stayed here for one week and it was a great hotel. I ordered room service which came in a very fast order and although I thought I would be getting a smaller portion, it was quite big enough and very delicious. I've stayed in many hotels across the world and I have to say this is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it.
